Effective immediately 9th Street will be closed to west bound traffic between Locust Street and Bluff Street to allow for traffic signalization work. This work is part of the one-way to two-way conversion project of 9th, 10th and 11th streets in downtown Dubuque. Anticipated re-open is Wednesday, October 2 at 5 PM.
