The left turn lane on Kerper Boulevard for eastbound 16th Street will be closed Wednesday October 23 from 7AM to 3 PM for private utility work. Traffic will be merged to the center lane and eastbound turning movements will still be permitted. Motorists are encouraged to use caution in the area of temporary traffic control.
