The westbound lane of Loras Bouldvard at Dell Street will continue to be closed for sanitary sewer manhole replacement through Thursday, October 31 at 5 PM (weather dependent). Eastbound Loras Boulevard traffic will not be affected. Motorists are encouraged to use caution in the area of temporary traffic control and to follow the posted detour route. The established detour route will take westbound traffic to (W) Locust Street, Kirkwood Street, and Alta Vista Street.
