Kaufmann Avenue will be closed to thru traffic between N Main Street and Hempstead Street on Tuesday November 5 from 8 AM to 6 PM for sanitary and storm sewer repair work. During this time, westbound traffic will be detoured to Valeria Street and eastbound traffic will be detoured to Hempstead to Lowell to N Main streets. Motorists are encouraged to use caution in the area of temporary traffic control and along the posted detour routes.
