Effective immediately, Hillcrest Road between St. Celia Street and Winnie Court is closed to westbound traffic due to a watermain break. Motorists are asked to follow the posted detour. The street will fully re-open by 7:00 am Thursday January 23, 2014. Please call the City Water Department at 589-4291 for further information.
