Westbound Pennsylvania Avenue traffic will be shifted to the center turn lane at Vizaleea Drive today, Wednesday March 19th at 9:30 AM to accommodate for private utility work. An anticipated re-open is scheduled for Friday March 21st at 12 PM (noon). Eastbound thru traffic will remain unaffected, and turn movements to/from Vizaleea Drive may be slightly impacted.
