The entrance to the access road south of the NW Arterial and Plaza intersection will be closed for traffic signal installation from 7 AM to 11 AM tomorrow, Wednesday 11/5. The exit to this access road will remain open. Traffic signals for all approaching traffic will be set to flashing red. Motorists should follow the posted detour during this time.
