E. 11th Street will be closed at the railroad crossing east of Elm for crossing improvements at 8 AM Thursday 06/11 to 5 PM Friday 06/12. Motorists should follow the posted detour route during this time. If you have questions regarding this closure, contact City Engineering at 589-4270.
