Elm Street will be closed to thru traffic between 20th and 21st from 8 AM to 5 PM tomorrow, Wednesday 07/01 for private utility work.

Elm Street will be closed to thru traffic between 20th and 21st from 8 AM to 5 PM tomorrow, Wednesday 07/01 for private utility work. Motorists should use an alternate route during this time. If you have questions, contact City Engineering at 589-4270.
