Beginning at 8:15 AM on Monday, August 31, 2009, West Locust Street at 17th Street will be closed for watermain repairs. Westbound traffic will be detoured to Madison Street and Clarke Drive. Eastbound traffic will be detoured to Loras Boulevard via North Grandview Avenue. With weather permitting, West Locust Street will be open by 5 PM on Monday, August 31.
