Effective immediately, Locust Street,from 9th to 16th Street,will have one lane access due to curb replacement and resurfacing. Locust Street, from 16th to 17th Street, will remain closed until Friday, September 11.
With weather permitting, full traffic usage will be available at 5 PM on Friday, October 23.
