19th Street between White Street and Elm Street will be closed beginning at 7 AM on Monday November 2nd thru 5 PM Tuesday November 10th.

19th Street between White Street and Elm Street will be closed beginning at 7 AM on Monday November 2nd thru 5PM Tuesday November 10th, to accommodate sanitary sewer manhole replacement. 19th Street will remain open between Jackson & Washington during this time. Motorists are asked to follow the posted detour.
