Due to utility work related to the Upper Bee Branch Creek Restoration Project, Elm St. between E. 24th St. and E. 25th St. will be closed from 8 a.m. Monday, Nov. 30, until 5 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 4.
Motorists and pedestrians should follow the posted detour route.
