The eastbound lane of W. Locust Street will be closed between Pierce and Foye at 8 AM Monday 2/29 to 5 PM Friday 3/4 for sanitary sewer utility work. The westbound lane will remain open during the time. Eastbound motorists will need to follow the posted detour route during this time.
