The westbound lane of W. Locust Street will be closed between Rosedale and Clarke from 8 AM to 3 PM tomorrow, Wednesday 4/13 for tree trimming. Eastbound and westbound traffic will remain open by use of on-site flaggers. Motorists should use caution in the area of flagging operations.
