Beginning at 7:00 am Tuesday July 19th, 2016, Washington Street between 10th Street and 11th Street will be reduced to one lane to accommodate window replacement on the Novelty Iron Works Building in the Historic Millwork District. Work is expected to be completed by September 2nd, 2016 at 5:00 pm. If you have questions regarding this closure/detour, please contact the City of Dubuque Engineering Department at 563-589-4270.
