The third and final Dubuque bridge repair project scheduled for this construction season will begin on Monday, Aug. 8, when the Old Mill Road Bridge is closed. The bridge, which some people may consider the Kelly Lane Bridge, is expected to be closed for approximately two weeks and completed before school resumes on Aug. 23, weather dependent.
