Pennsylvania Avenue will be closed to eastbound traffic east of JFK beginning at 7:00 am on Tuesday, Oct. 20th, to install a water service and repair a water valve. Detour signs will direct traffic around the closure. Westbound traffic will be unaffected. Anticipated opening: 5:00 pm on Wednesday Oct. 21, 2009.
