Westbound traffic will be shifted to the south on W Locust Street between Kirkwood St and Rosedale Ave from 8 AM to 5 PM Wednesday, November 2, for private water service repair. Traffic will be maintained in both directions and on-street parking in the area may be affected. Motorists should use caution in the area of temporary traffic control.
