The WESTBOUND lane of Pennsylvania Avenue will be closed between JFK and Butterfield for private utility service connection from 8 AM Tuesday, November 15th to 5 PM Wednesday November 16th. The eastbound lane will remain open during this time. Westbound motorists should follow the posted detour route. Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.
