The westbound (outside) lane of University Avenue will be closed between O'Hagen and Asbury for private utility work from 8 AM to 5 PM tomorrow, Wednesday 12/28. Westbound traffic will be shifted and maintained. Eastbound lanes will remain open. Motorists may experience delay due to this lane closure.
