Cross Hill Drive will be closed to thru traffic between Rockdale and Flint Hill from 8 AM to 5 PM tomorrow, Wednesday 01/25, for water valve replacement. Motorists should use an alternate route during this time. Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.
