The westbound lane of Kerper Boulevard will be closed between Pine and E. 11th from 8 AM tomorrow, Wednesday 3/29, to 12 PM (noon) Monday 4/3 for street repair work related to the Jule Transit Operations Center. The eastbound lane will remain open. Westbound motorists will need to follow the posted detour route. Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.
