Roosevelt Street will be closed to thru traffic between Sky Blue and Peru from 8 AM to 5 PM starting on Monday 5/8 and ending on Friday 5/12, as part of the 2017 Asphalt Overlay Program. Roosevelt Street will re-open at 5 PM each day, and close at 8 AM the following day. Motorists should use an alternate route during this time. Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.
