Kerper Boulevard will experience lane closures, north of Fengler, for private rail spur repair from 8 AM Monday 11/13 to 5 PM Friday 11/17. Motorists will be shifted and merged to opposite sides of the median to accommodate this work, and two-way traffic will be maintained. Motorists need to use caution around temporary traffic control.
