The eastbound lanes of Asbury Road will be closed west of Holliday Drive from 8 AM Monday 12/11 to 5 PM Thursday 12/14 for private water service disconnect. Eastbound traffic will be merged and shifted to the center turn lane and maintained during this time. The westbound lanes will remain open. Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.
