Fifth St. will be closed between Main and Locust on Wed. Jan. 16 beginning at 6 p.m. and will remain closed until 3 a.m. on Fri. Jan. 18 due to a permitted special event at the Five Flags Center. The closed area will be used for event vehicle parking.
