The Pennsylvania Avenue Right-Turn Lane Addition Project will continue into its next phases and is anticipated to last approximately 4 weeks.
The Pennsylvania Avenue Right-Turn Lane Addition Project will continue into its next phases and is anticipated to last approximately 4 weeks. On-going work will occur on the east leg of the Pennsylvania and NW Arterial intersection with the outside (westbound) lane of Pennsylvania Avenue closed and the outside (northbound) lane of NW Arterial closed. Work will also begin in the northwest quadrant of the intersection, which will require additional southbound lane closures on the NW Arterial. Pedestrians will be detoured to the sidewalk on the south side of Pennsylvania Avenue and access to area businesses will also be maintained. Motorists and pedestrians are urged to use caution in the area and to expect delays. Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.
