E Tenth St. will be closed between Elm St. (west of parking lot at Elm and E 10th) and through the intersection of E Tenth and Washington St. as well as Washington St. between E Tenth and the parking ramp entrance beginning at 12 p.m. on Fri., Sept. 20.
Street closures will remain in effect until 12 am (midnight) on Saturday, Sept. 21 are are due to a permitted special event that is taking place in the area.
