The outside southbound lane of JFK will be closed between Crestwood and Kennedy Circle for private utility work starting Monday, October 7th, until Friday October 11th. Southbound traffic will be merged into the inside lane and maintained during this time. Access to driveways and intersections will be maintained. Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.
