The eastbound outside lane of Pennsylvania Avenue will be closed just east of Radford for sidewalk installation until 5 PM Wednesday October 16th. Traffic will be merged to the inside lane. A Truck Detour will utilize Westmark Drive and Mission School Drive and on-street parking will be impacted. Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.
