A lane of 8th Street will be closed between Bluff Street and Hill Street for utility disconnects for approximately two weeks beginning tomorrow, Thursday, October 10th. Two-way traffic will be maintained and allowed to alternate around the work zone. Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.
