Pennsylvania Avenue will be closed to thru traffic between Heacock and Radford for gas main installation from 7 AM Monday October 21st to 7 PM Tuesday October 22nd. Click here for detour map. Access to existing driveways between Heacock and Radford will be maintained. Eastbound motorists will be detoured onto Heacock to Asbury to Radford. Westbound motorists will be detoured onto Radford to Chavenelle to Seippel. Map of all detours available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.
