On Wednesday, February 17, 2010, the City of Dubuque will install stop signs for eastbound and westbound traffic on Pennsylvania Avenue at its intersection with Radford Road, making the intersection a four-way stop effective immediately.
A flashing beacon will be installed on both the eastbound and westbound stop signs to alert motorists of this change.
