The outside northbound lane of JFK will be closed between Crestwood and Kennedy Circle for private utility work starting tomorrow, Friday September 11th from 7 AM to 5 PM. Northbound traffic will be merged into the inside lane and maintained during this time. Access to driveways and intersections will be maintained. Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.
