English Mill Road will be closed for stormwater culvert installation just south of North English Road (HWY 52 Access Road) from 7 AM tomorrow, Tuesday October 20th to 5 PM Wednesday October 21st. Motorists will need to follow the posted detour route during this time. Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.
