Loras Boulevard will be closed between Bluff Street and Cornell Street for private utility work from 7 AM Wednesday, October 21st to 5 PM Friday , October 23rd. Motorists will need to follow the posted detour during this time. Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.
