Clarke Drive will have the eastbound lane close at N Grandview that will also phase into a full closure for a private water connection from Monday, July 12 8 a.m. to Tuesday, June 13 5 p.m. Motorists will need to follow the posted detour route. Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours
