West 8th St. will be closed west of the Premier Bank drive-through entrance and east of the Iowa St. Parking Ramp entrance. Additionally, the Southern most part of the alley between Main and Iowa Streets and W. 8th and W. 9th Streets will be closed.
This area is closed due to a City-permitted special event and will be closed on August 28 from 5 PM until 11 PM.
