Due to a City-permitted special event on Thursday, November 25th from 9 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., motorists are encouraged to avoid the route of Kane to Carter, Carter to W 32nd, W 32nd to N Grandview, N. Grandview to Balboa and Balboa to Kane.
