Asbury Road will have altered lanes on the west side of the intersection at John F. Kennedy Road starting 8:00 a.m Tuesday Jan. 4 to 5 p.m Friday Jan. 28. Motorists will need to use an alternate route during this time. Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours
