The westbound lane of Pennsylvania Avenue will be closed just east of Green Street for concrete replacement at 7 AM Wednesday June 8th to 5 PM Monday June 13th. Westbound motorists will need to follow the posted detour routes. The eastbound lane will remain open. Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.
