Locust Street from 3rd Street to 8th Street and Bluff Street from 1st Street to 5th Street will have no parking for asphalt milling starting 7:00 a.m Monday October 3 until 5:00 p.m Monday October 3. Motorists will need follow the posted detour and/or use a different route during this time.
