Elm Street, Rhomberg Avenue, and Garfield Avenue will have multiple westbound and eastbound lane closures at 20th Street for fiber utility installation starting 9:00 a.m Monday March 13 until 12:00 p.m Monday March 13.
Multiple lanes at the 5 Point intersection will be closed.
Motorists will need follow the posted detour and/or use a different route during this time.
