University Avenue will have an eastbound lane shift at Loras Boulevard for private fiber utility installation starting 10:00 a.m Thursday May 25 until 4:00 p.m Thursday May 25.
Motorist will not be able to turn left from University Avenue onto Loras Boulevard. A detour will be in place.
Motorists will need follow the posted detour and/or use a different route during this time.
