Washington St. will be closed from Ninth to Eleventh Strs. & Tenth St. will be closed from Jackson St. to the public parking lot entrance beginning at 12 p.m. on Sept. 8 & will remain closed until 8 a.m. on Sept. 10 due to a City-permitted special event.
