Due to a City-permitted special event, the following street closures will be in effect:
- W. 4th St. will be closed between Main St. and Locust St. beginning at 8 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 31, until 12 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 2.
- W. 5th St. will be closed between Main St. and Locust St. beginning at 8 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 31, until 12 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 11.
