As of 7 AM on Monday, May 2, 2011, 9th Street, between Washington & White Streets, is closed for street construction and utility work as part of the Historic Millwork District Complete Streets Project. Motorists are requested to follow the posted detour. Anticipated opening: 5 PM, July 1.
