Effective immediately, the center of Pennsylvania Avenue, approximately 200 feet west of University Avenue will be closed for emergency water main repair with an anticipated re-open of 8 P.M. today. During this time, motorists are encouraged to use caution in the area and follow the temporary traffic control. Lane shifts will occur and parking may be affected.
