Effective immediately, Pennsylvania Avenue, east of John F. Kennedy Road will be reduced to one lane westbound for gas main repair. Anticipated re-open will be Friday, March 14 at 5 P.M. During this time motorists are to expect delays, use caution in the area and follow the temporary traffic control.
